I have been passionate about health & fitness since I was a child. It has helped shape my life in so many positive ways to get me to where I am today. Being born and raised in a small town just outside of Toronto, Ontario, I’ve grown to learn that taking small steps in your everyday life compound to create massive changes overall.


As a Canadian kid, I grew up playing hockey like many others. After I outgrew youth sports, I transitioned my focus to my next favorite activity, the gym. Now having worked with over 300 people to transform their body as an online fitness coach and garnering over 28,000 followers over the last 3 years, I wanted to take things next level with Fit Domination.


My fitness ethos is simple. I believe the best fitness and nutrition plan is a sustainable one. If you can’t stick to your plan longer than a few weeks, it’s pointless! I always say it’s better to be 80% consistent on your plan for many years, than 100% consistent for only a few weeks.

I have always had a tremendous passion for health and fitness. 


It all started when I was a young boy... I remember doing chin-ups and push-ups trying to build strength and gain muscle. Since then, consistently working towards my health and fitness goals has turned me into the person I am today. I believe it gave me an edge not only in sports such as competitive hockey & rugby, but also my overall life. It has changed my life for the better, and with the right guidance it will change yours too.


I pursued a degree in Kinesiology to further my education & ability people get in the best shape of their life. I worked as a personal trainer at various gyms over the past few years and quickly realized how limited I was in terms of the amount of people I can work with per day. This is why I decided to partner with Marshal & move online with Fit Domination, to expand my reach and help more people.


Marshal and I bring everything we possibly can to the table to get our clients the results you're looking for, keeping life balance in mind. That's enough rambling though... I'll see you inside Fit Domination!

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through our website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and we will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason we have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or 3 monthly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from us and our team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Is the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to us that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on our refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email us  with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginner?

    The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, we’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.
